Gorgeous 14k solid yellow gold solitaire stud earrings with thick, sturdy 6-prong settings. Made by vintage designer I. Levinson & Sons. Signed 14k LI. Original backs included.This setting is expensive and usually only real natural diamonds (not even lab grown or moissanite!) get to be set in this type of setting. The stones are high quality but probably just place holders since this type of setting is only used with diamonds. They are 6.5mm round cut colorless cz - equivalent to 1 ct each, 2 ct total diamonds. They have a lot of sparkles. See the side by side comparison with a 1.25ct genuine diamond so you can see how similar they look. You can ask a jeweler to swap out the stones for real diamonds or wear as-is.
