Vintage Pasabache glass plate made in Turkey. The center is clear, transparent glass. The edges have gold filigree with an upraised flower and leaf pattern about 1 inch from the edge. The center of each flower has red jewels. The plate has three small footed legs with flowers on top of each foot. Actual plate measurement: 9 1/4 inches. In gorgeous condition with no flaws. A great gift idea.
