Rare and fascinating mineral specimen from the Tentadora Mine in Peru: Quartz coated in a complex amalgamation of secondary mineral species including light blue Shattuckite, darker blue Chrysocolla, and black Tenorite. Other minerals may be present (Turquoise, Ajoite - untested). Chrysocolla and Shattuckite are finely crystallized, forming many spheroidal and botryoidal crystal growth formations.
